Terms of Service

Agreement

By using XsisLab at xsislab.com (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. XsisLab is operated by IDEALEKSIS. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.

The service

XsisLab is a creative toolkit for typography and layout. It includes browser-based tools (such as Fontxsis web, X-Font Preview, Layout Studio, Color Palette, DitherLab, and Halftone Generator) and related desktop or lab experiences where offered. Studio adds optional accounts, cloud project storage for subscribers, unlimited exports on limited free tools, and related features.

The Service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering for an account or Studio.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction (typically 13+ or 16+ depending on region).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform or its intellectual property, or pose abuse or security risk.

Studio and payments

Paid Studio features are sold as a digital subscription activated after manual payment verification. Checkout uses bank transfer or e-wallet to IDEALEKSIS accounts (for example BCA, Jenius, and DANA). You confirm payment by sending proof via WhatsApp or email as shown in checkout. See our payment information page for methods, verification timing, and support contacts.

• Studio is a digital service. Access begins after we verify your transfer and activate your account — usually within 15 minutes of a successful payment with matching proof, and no later than 1×24 hours in normal conditions.
• By starting checkout and accepting these terms, you acknowledge that digital features may begin immediately after activation and that you want access without waiting for a cooling-off period where such waiver is permitted.
• Prices and billing intervals (monthly or yearly) are shown at pricing and checkout before you pay. Yearly plans may include a published discount versus paying month to month.
• Checkout may show a unique transfer amount (including identifying digits). You must transfer the exact amount shown so we can match your payment.
• Premium access is tied to your registered account email after successful verification.
• Subscriptions are period-based (monthly or yearly) as selected at purchase. Renewal is not processed automatically by a card gateway; contact us before your period ends if you wish to renew, or follow the upgrade flow again.
• Refunds, if any, are reviewed case by case. Because Studio is a digital service activated after payment, completed activations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.
• Optional donations (for example PayPal) are separate from Studio subscriptions and do not by themselves grant Studio access unless we confirm otherwise.

Content and ownership

Your content

You retain ownership of fonts, glyphs, designs, projects, and other materials you create with the Service. By using the Service you grant us only the rights needed to operate it, for example:

• Storing project snapshots on our servers when you use cloud sync as a Studio subscriber.
• Processing exports locally in your browser unless you explicitly use a feature that sends data to our servers.

Do not upload or create content that infringes others’ rights, is unlawful, or contains malware. We may remove content or accounts that violate this section.

Our content

• The XsisLab platform includes its software, source code, object code, design, user interface, layout, visual appearance, look and feel, features, functionality, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property. These are owned by IDEALEKSIS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Except for the limited right to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms, no rights in the platform or its intellectual property are granted to you.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on our platform or any substantial part of it.

Restrictions on use of the platform

Except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law that cannot be waived, you agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or discover the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of the Service or any part of it.
• Copy, imitate, or recreate the user interface, layout, design, visual appearance, look and feel, navigation, or user experience of the Service, whether in whole or in part, for use in any competing or third-party product or service.
• Reproduce, republish, frame, mirror, or otherwise use any substantial part of the Service, its content, or its design without our prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, mine, or otherwise extract data, content, materials, or information from the Service using bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other automated means.
• Use any automated system, software, or process to access, query, monitor, download, or interact with the Service in a manner that exceeds normal human use or that we have not expressly authorised.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or intellectual property markings on the Service.
• Use the Service, or any information obtained from it, to build, train, improve, or offer a competing product or service that copies or substantially replicates XsisLab’s features, interface, or experience.

These restrictions apply to all users of the Service, including registered account holders. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may give rise to legal claims for breach of contract and infringement of intellectual property rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except where law permits.
• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data, content, or materials from the Service through automated means.
• Do not automate access in a way that harms availability for other users or exceeds normal use of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to send spam, phishing, or illegal material.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with XsisLab or IDEALEKSIS.
• Do not submit false payment proofs or attempt to obtain Studio access without a valid transfer.
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform or its intellectual property in breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDEALEKSIS and XsisLab are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for Studio in the twelve months before the claim, or Rp500.000 if you have not paid for Studio features.

Privacy

We use account details, browser storage, and related processors as needed to run sign-in, Studio projects, export limits, and payment verification. Do not share sensitive credentials in public channels. For privacy questions, contact hello@xsislab.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Indonesia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
